Mouser employees and spouses/dependents who are covered under the Mouser-sponsored insurance plan will be charged the following fees (preventive care visits are no cost to you):
Except for any visits deemed as "free visits", a clinic fee is due at the time of every visit. Contact the clinic for more information on which visits are free. If you are on the Mouser-sponsored insurance plan, you will only be responsible for the coinsurance percentage after you have met your deductible.
